First, thanks for the taking the time to come learn more about what's changing at HorseDuck. We recognize that without any of you that we wouldn't be in business. 

Over the last five years we have done our best to keep our customers at the front of every decision we make. We know that unit apparel can be a point of contention from managing the money, agreeing on a design, to getting it in the hands of your Soldiers. We've done our best to keep costs down and quality up, and we appreciate your feedback when we miss the mark.

In light of many conditions in the current market from sourcing blanks, shipping costs, and maintaining a robust digital workspace we have decided to begin charging a $75 setup fee for new units. This covers the work our artist does, supports us keeping the proverbial lights on, and ensures that our time and effort is compensated for.

At this time we do not plan on charging a recurring annual fee or charging existing units to maintain their storefront. If we do reach that point we will give ample opportunity and communication beforehand. 

For existing units: No action is required on your part. If you have new design requests or item requests please email us so we can quote you an accurate number. Some production methods like embroidery will be more costly than print and we want to give you the right information.

For new units: Please email customerservice@horseduck.com so that we can get you onboarded and answer any questions you may have.
